What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is the implementation of an integrated action plan for the development and technical support of the Strategy of the National Simplification of Procedures Program (EPAD) and the Office for Bureaucracy, in the medium term in order to:
- Create a strategy for the necessary internal documentation and mobilization of public administration bodies in relation to their obligations under the EPAD and the way they should now manage the governance of administrative procedures.
- Better targeting of simplification procedures in order to reduce administrative burdens in areas with the greatest positive impact on citizens and businesses, either in terms of quantitative reduction at national level or in terms of the asymmetric inconvenience caused by their individual transactions with the State.
- To raise awareness and inform citizens as well as their active participation in simplification actions, in order to change their perception of the provision of public administration services.
The architecture of the National Simplification of Procedures Program is built on the following three main axes:
- Qualitative and amicable arrangements (Axis A)
- Simple and understandable procedures (Axis B)
- Timely and accurate information (Axis C)
