What is the object of the project?

The object of the project is to implement changes, additions, upgrades and improvements, and provide technical support with a view to addressing faults and bugs in the existing platforms of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020. 4738/2020. The project budget was prepared according to the prices for the individual works included in the physical object of the project.

The services provided by the Contractor include:

Progressive and continuously adaptive implementation (analogous to Agile methodologies) of changes, additions, upgrades and improvements to the existing platforms of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020 and of the early warning mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020. 4738/2020.

1. Technical Support, addressing faults and bugs of the platforms: (a) of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism, and (b) of the early warning mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020. 4738/2020
2. Provision of training and support material (e.g. user guides), training to operational managers and users of the service and to the creditors involved. Please note that the services referred to in points 1 and 2 above must be provided without lowering the level of service also during the implementation of changes and upgrades as the above platforms will remain in full operation.

Moreover, all the services provided for above must be handled and recorded formally using an electronic platform which will provide electronic request management and project management services; the platform will be provided by the contractor.

What is the purpose of the project?

The purpose of this contract is:

(a) to ensure the full and continuous functionality of the platform of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism and of the platform of the early warning mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020; 4738/2020

(b) to ensure data completeness, integrity, confidentiality and security both during use and online transmission of data;

(c) to plan and implement changes, additions, upgrades and improvements to the existing platforms of the out-of-court debt settlement mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020 and of the early warning mechanism provided for in Law 4738/2020 so that they are fully compatible with the existing architecture;

(d) to ensure interoperability with third-party systems through the use of state-of-the-art communication and data exchange methods, as well to provide the best possible service to platform users.
