What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is to ensure the correct and timely implementation of Sub-projects 1 and 2 of the project “New Electronic Public Procurement System”, as their complexity and size will be adequately supported by external technical assistance for their implementation and monitoring, until their completion and final acceptance.
The timely and correct implementation of sub-projects 1 and 2 requires a series of coordinated management and monitoring actions. These actions should be supported by the Technical Support Consultant, who will provide support to the Contracting Authority in terms of technical, financial, organizational, management and expertise issues whenever required. Specifically, the Technical Support Consultant will undertake the provision of Technical Support Services, under the supervision of the Contracting Authority, in the following categories:
- Organization of the Management / Quality System of the Overall Project
- Monitoring – Supporting the implementation of the main Sub-projects 1 and 2
- Supporting the procedures for receiving the main Sub-projects 1 and 2
In this way, the support of the Contracting Authority and the Project Owner, as well as the overall Administration Scheme, in managerial, technological, operational matters, etc. concerning the overall cycle of its management and monitoring, including the maximization of its utilization by the Project Owner, is treated holistically, to the benefit of the citizen and the society as a whole.
In this sense, the main dimension of the services to be provided by the Technical Support Consultant is the appropriate staffing of the Project Team, the systematic upgrading and efficient utilization of its human resources and its operation, using an organization method that will ensure the quality of the services provided and addressing all issues of coordination, operational, technological, financial and managerial nature that may arise during the life cycle of the main subprojects.
What is the aim of the project?
The aim of the Project is to provide specialized services by a technical support consultant, in order to ensure the effective implementation of Sub-projects 1 and 2 of the project “New Electronic Public Procurement System”, in terms of consistency and quality and overall results.
The services contained in this Sub-project (3) are considered to be of key importance, in order to ensure the correct and timely implementation of Sub-projects 1 and 2 of the project “New Electronic Public Procurement System”. Due to the complexity and size of subprojects 1 and 2, external technical assistance is required for their implementation and monitoring, until their completion and final acceptance.
The objective of the Technical Support Consultant project is the effective Management, Monitoring and Acceptance of the overall Project, by strengthening the adequacy of the Administration Scheme, through its staffing with the appropriate human resources in terms of specialization, but also quantitative adequacy.
