What is the object of the project?

The object of the framework agreement is the provision of specialized consulting services to support public bodies in their compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The services are provided to eligible bodies (for instance: Central Government – central government legal bodies and public undertakings, legal persons governed by public law, legal persons governed by private law, societes anonymes, first and second level local authorities and bodies supervised y them , social security organizations, public hospitals / healthcare bodies, educational institutions, libraries), depending on their size and their level of preparation regarding their compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
