What is the object of the project?
The object of the Project is the implementation of Pilot Actions related to Teleworking in specific bodies of the Public Administration, which will be representative at the level of responsibilities in the hierarchy of the Public Administration (e.g. Ministry, Local Government Body, Independent Authority, etc.).
As part of the Pilot Actions, operational support scenarios for Telework will be implemented in the selected bodies using a series of tools with the aim of:
- The implementation of these operational scenarios by using information tools in the normal operation of the selected bodies.
- The emergence of these scenarios in repetitive good practices that can be applied to all public administration bodies, using the same and/or similar information tools, with those used in the Pilot Application.
- Selected functionalities such as the recording of the human effort of the executives who are in telework will be able to have universal application based on the results and conclusions of the Pilot application.
The tools on which the functionality will be based and will relate to the scenarios that will be developed relate to the following categories:
- Collaboration Tools
- Tools for designing, executing and monitoring projects, job assignments
- Teleconferencing and Tele-cooperation environments
- Specialized Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
The tools that will be developed will be available for retrieval by the Public Administration Bodies on a specialized website that will be developed for this purpose within the Project.
