What is the object of the project?

The object of the Project consists of the provision of specialised services and the support of technical administrative support services for the regional structures of the Hellenic Cadastre (Cadastral Offices and Branches) for the following Functions:

Function 1: Back-office services These are services basically provided:

(a) following the submission of the applications for the registration of registrable deeds and correction requests in the Cadastral System and relate to their legal and/or technical (where required) processing and registration, the International Electronic Open Tender for the Project “Provision of Administrative Support Services to the Regional Structures of the Hellenic Cadastre”

(b) following the submission of the applications for the registration of registrable deeds and applications for the issue of certificates and copies in the System of Registrations and Mortgages, as well as various administrative tasks (such as scanning, archiving, secretarial support, etc.). The groups of tasks related to Function 1 are:

• Group of Tasks 1: Services for the Registration of registrable deeds, corrections of obvious errors and corrections of geometric data in the Cadastral System
• Group of Tasks 2: Administrative Services (scanning, archiving, etc.)

Function 2: Front-desk services The services classified as Front-desk services relate to the control and identification of visitors, the provision of information and forms related to the service of the trading public (natural persons, legal persons23 and Public Sector Bodies) and are provided during the scheduled trading hours. They are provided either in person (with free access or by appointment, as appropriate), via telephone or via video call. The information provided relates to all the tasks that the trader is required to deal with when coming to the service and relate to the property identification, the provision of application forms and instructions for completing them, the delivery of certificates and, in general, any other information needed by the trader (a) for the submission of applications for the registration of registrable deeds and correction requests and (b) for the issue and delivery of applications for the issue of certificates, copies or diagrams)

What is the aim of the project?

The purpose of the project is to strengthen the Regional Structures (Cadastral Offices and Branches) of the North and South Sector of the Project Owner, the Legal Entity governed by Public Law “HELLENIC CADASTRE”, with fifty and ninety executives respectively, for the provision of administrative support services at these Structures, for twelve months.
