What is the object of the project?
Object of the project is the provision of publication services for the granting of financial support from the national budget to cover part of the increased cost of households due to the significant increase in the index of consumer prices (MARKET PASS).
Within the framework of the contract, Contractor:
A) will draw up an Implementation Plan for the publication actions, which will include the composition of the individual publication actions (public/citizen information actions for the action) and their costing. Please note that, for the publication actions of the implementation plan that will not ultimately be selected for implementation, there will be a corresponding impairment of the financial object in accordance with the detailed costing for the specific actions.
The plan should be aligned and cover the support/publication needs arising from the detailed planning of the action. For this reason, the Contractor should, before drafting the plan, take into account the management model as delivered to it by the Contracting Authority.
The implementation plan of the actions of the Project can be updated according to the needs of the Project as they are dynamically evolving.
B) They will implement the publication actions that will be finalized in the context of the implementation plan.
C) They will implement field research aimed at evaluating both quantitative and qualitative criteria in measuring the effectiveness of the campaign. At the same time, the Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics digital tools will be utilized throughout the period, both for the configuration of the message dispersion with not only geographical characteristics, but also for the real time measurement of efficiency.
