What is the object of the project?

The object of the contract consists in providing services for expanding and supporting the operation of the ‘Market Pass’ digital platform for the project ‘Granting financial aid from the State budget to cover part of the increased costs of households in areas affected by natural disasters’ in accordance with Article 35 of Law 5058/2023 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 170). The services to be provided will meet all the requirements, including deadlines, set out in Joint Ministerial Decision No 332 (Government Gazette, Series II, No 6433/10.11.2023).

The System will have access to the above online services via the Centre for Interoperability of the Secretariat-General for Public Administration Information Systems, in accordance with Article 47 of Law 4623/2019 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 134) and Article 84 of Law 4727/2020 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 184). The aid for the months of November and December 2023, for beneficiaries who have received financial aid under Article 46 of Law 5045/2023 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 136) in 2023 and have not had their credit process rejected, will be sent to the banking institution for crediting to the digital debit card or bank account by 20 December 2023.

For beneficiaries who have received financial aid under Article 46 of Law 5045/2023 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 136) in 2024, the financial aid provided for herein will be sent to the banking institution for crediting to the digital debit card or bank account by 5 February 2024.

The digital debit cards issued will remain active until 29 February 2024. Upon expiry of that deadline the credit institution or financial organisation must deactivate them immediately.

Throughout the duration of the programme, natural persons-beneficiaries will be able to access the System for information purposes after being authenticated using their credentials for the Secretariat-General for Public Administration Information Systems (taxisnet). The System will be accessible via the Single Digital Portal of Public Administration (gov.gr-SDP).
