What is the object of the project?
The object of the project is to provide specialized consulting services for the horizontal supervision and coordination of the implementation of the project: “Operational and organisational restructuring – Integrated Information System for the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP) and a modern recruitment environment in the public sector”.
In the context of this project, the Contractor shall provide to the Contracting Authority and the Project Owner the following support services:
- Monitoring the progress of the implementation of the material and financial aspects of the project: “Operational and organisational restructuring – Integrated Information System for the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP) and a modern recruitment environment in the public sector”, and monitoring compliance of the timeframes.
- Identifying and evaluating deviations and risks involved in this project, with regard to the progress of its implementation, by reference to the initial implementation plan and the result and monitoring indicators set.
- Support for management of issues arising during the implementation of the project.
- Submission of substantiated recommendations to support decision-making on any matter related to the implementation of the project, and in particular: – on requests for changes by the Project Contractor; – for specific technical, economic or operational issues or conditions arising from the needs for the implementation of the individual terms of the Project Contract; – for possible improvements or revisions in the design of implementation of the main project. – Ad hoc expertise related to the implementation of the project will be requested by the Contracting Authority / Project Owner.
- Support for guidance and coordination of those involved, as regards all kinds of issues related to the implementation of the project.
- Support for the acceptance of project deliverables, by assessing their completeness and quality and meeting the specifications and requirements set which may include: – monitoring/participation in the acceptance checks; – technical and scientific assistance to the acceptance teams and committees of the Contractor Authority; – any indication of further check/tests; – overview of the quality of deliverables – opinions on findings; – suggestions, etc.
