The program “Financial aid granted due to an increase in energy costs”, in accordance with Article 81 of Law 4916/2022, concerned the provision of financial assistance by the State Budget
The object of the project is the creation of an integrated digital knowledge and culture repository, which will include all the philatelic exhibits and the historical archive of the Philatelic and Postal Museum.
